Kathryn Hyde, Managing Director of The NextGen Ltd & Concept Communications, possesses a deep understanding of the challenges that small business owners face.
With over 14 years of experience in marketing, including 10 in corporate roles and 4 as the head of her own marketing agency, Kathryn brings a wealth of practical and strategic expertise to her role.
Her academic achievements, including an MBA and Marketing Management Undergraduate Degree enable her to develop and apply sophisticated marketing and business growth strategies effectively in real-world scenarios.
As a small business owner herself, Kathryn has first-hand experience with the issues that her peers encounter, from budget constraints to strategic planning. This unique perspective makes her especially qualified to deliver empathetic and effective business support.
Kathryn’s leadership was instrumental in the success of the Digital Marketing aspect of the Get Started & Grow Scheme offered through Staffordshire County Council and has proven her capability with designing & delivering effective programmes for start-ups.
As a result of her work in supporting small business owners, Kathryn made Management Today’s 35 under 35 list for 2024.
